My Story

My career and life has been punctuated by twists, turns, pivots, heartbreaks and breakthroughs. I’ve also navigated loss—of physical health, job, financial security, identity, romantic relationships—so I’m keenly aware of the courage it takes to transform during difficult times.

In particular, my life came to a head late 2017/ early 2018 when I suffered a serious physical injury; I was devastated by the end of a romantic relationship; and a toxic work situation led me to resign from a company I was at for almost 8 years. Over the next 20 months, I remained unemployed (despite actively looking for work the entire time), I hit a financial rock bottom, and I endured a cascade of chronic health issues that affected my ability to function on a daily basis. Not surprisingly, my mental health suffered and I fell into a debilitating cycle of depression and anxiety.

As my life, health and sense of self dissolved—and as I realized solutions weren’t coming from the outside—I was forced to turn inward. When I did, my inner knowing told me three things: to pivot my career into brand and creative strategy, to start a podcast about living in harmony and alignment with the natural world, and that who I was wasn’t tied to my career or how much money I did or did not make. I surrendered to my intuition, took responsibility for my situation, felt into my inherent worthiness, and started making a series of small steps in alignment with my authenticity.

Moment by moment, I began to rebuild myself and redesign my life. With each step I took, I witnessed how my efforts were supported by a series of unexpected, unexplainable synchronicities.

In a matter of months, my pivot into creative strategy turned into what is now a fulfilling career as a Creative Strategist at Google. Starting my nature podcast pushed me to find my voice, connected me with a new like-minded community, and compelled me to found Our Nature Studio where I now offer coaching, retreats, forest therapy walks and other experiences to help people deepen their intimacy with natural landscapes around them and within them.

On a personal level, I’m in a loving, healthy and energizing marriage, and I’ve developed an inner stability where I’m able to navigate life with more ease and grace. I’ve learned that when I truly trust my inner knowing, I’m stepping towards my truest self.

It is my privilege and honor to help my clients recalibrate and reimagine their lives—whether that looks like reconnecting with their intuition, enriching their self-awareness, illuminating their inherent gifts, up-leveling their career, calling in more abundance (money or otherwise), stepping towards their authentic power, and/or crafting a new path forward with intention and purpose.

I believe the greatest gift I can give someone are observations and reflections that guide them to remember they have everything they need already within—a reaffirmation of their own inherent agency, worthiness and belonging. This is why I coach.

1:1 Coaching

Craft a new path forward with intention and purpose.

As your coach, I’m here to support you as you navigate the next phase of your life, whatever that may look like. Together, we’ll explore your Inner Ecosystem™, which includes your professional life, your personal life, and everything in between.

In our sessions, I’ll be an empathic mirror offering observations, reflections, and explorations to help you pinpoint blind spots, fuel your natural gifts and emerging passions, and develop a clear plan of action in service of your personal transformation and goals. We’ll work in partnership to unlock previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

Drawing from my experience and knowledge of systems thinking, somatic awareness, ADHD, psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, the enneagram, nature connection & forest therapy practices, human design, and quantum leaping, I specialize in working with individuals looking to up-level or transform an area of their lives—whether they’re creatives, founders, artists, corporate executives or those in a transitional chapter.
